History
i-provide GmbH was established in 2009. Since our founding, we have been synonymous with expertise in supplying mechanical parts and manufacturing products to the armored vehicle sector. Over the years, we have managed to build up a highly diversified client base from a wide variety of sectors while constantly ensuring not only dynamic growth, but also consistently good capacity utilization. In November 2020, we finally moved into our newly constructed company building, our current headquarters, in the German town of Gummersbach, near Cologne.
The development opportunities available here inspired new ideas with the ample space providing the ideal conditions to put them into practice. The workforce has grown, and our own and third-party manufacturing has been expanded on a continuous basis. The resulting extended vertical range of manufacture gives us even greater flexibility with regard to response times, delivery periods and diversity of parts.

Quality assurance forms another of our company’s fundamental pillars. We have greatly expanded this field to meet customer requirements and the high quality standards we have set ourselves. We are able to guarantee such a high level of quality thanks to state-of-the-art measurement technology from leading suppliers. We are certified according to ISO 9001:2015.
Data security/digitization
Moreover, safeguarding our customers’ and partners’ sensitive data is a top priority for us. In the face of steadily increasing threats from cybercrime, we are committed to complying with the strictest standards in information security and protect our IT infrastructure accordingly. Our IT environment is configured in compliance with the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) recommendations and also meets ISO 27001 requirements, an international standard for information security management systems (ISMS). The commitment to protecting confidential data is a key company policy that any successful company needs to adopt today.
We also take pride in the level of digitization at i-provide. Firmly Integrated into all company departments with streamlined processes, our ERP system allows us to do our work quickly and professionally and fulfill your orders on time.
Sustainability
We are also aware of our responsibility towards coming generations and try to reduce environmentally harmful greenhouse gas emissions to a minimum. Our company building and the heating system meet the latest energy standards. We are able to cover around 30% of i-provide’s total energy requirements with solar power from our photovoltaic system.
