Order Workflow

Inquiry: Send your inquiry data by email or data upload. An i-provide employee will generally confirm your inquiry has been received within 24 hours and will address any questions you may have.

Offer: You may normally expect a binding offer within 48 hours, depending on the number of inquiries we receive. We are happy to discuss the technical and commercial details once you have the offer.

Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. All relevant data and the binding delivery date will be included. The delivery period depends on the type of components and their number. It is usually between 5 and 20 working days.

Production: Your components will undergo regular checks during manufacture. Any surface finishes required will be applied.

Quality Assurance:  The components will undergo a final inspection once manufactured. This will be performed using hand measuring tools or on one of our measuring machines, depending on the quality requirements.

Initial Sample Test Reports (optional): We can produce initial sample reports for you in line with different standards. Note that you need to specifically order them, and they come at an extra charge.

Delivery: We will deliver your finished products to the agreed quality standard at the agreed time to the agreed location, anywhere in the world.

Surface Finishing

Thanks to close cooperation with several finishing providers, we can ship all the components we manufacture complete with surface finishing. We consider finish thickness during manufacture to ensure that the threads and fits still meet the required tolerances after surface finishing. Choosing the right raw material is key to achieving flawless surfaces. We can recommend suitable materials and thus guarantee that you receive top-quality, high-precision parts.

Our Different Coating Options. With test records on request.

  • Industrial anodizing in matte or gloss finishes, from colorless to black

Materials

Manufacturing components from a variety of materials is what we do every day. Knowledge about the usability of different alloys and their heat treatment options, such as hardening, nitriding and tempering, makes us a dependable partner ready to assist you. We are also able to provide material certificates and advanced material tests can be performed in test laboratories. We procure blanks and semi-finished parts on short notice. In addition to bar and flat steel, these parts also include flame-cut blanks, laser-cut blanks, and water jet-cut blanks.

We offer processing for the following materials:

  • Aluminum alloys
  • Free machining steel
  • Structural steel
  • Bronze
  • High-grade steel
  • Plastic (including for medical use)
  • Copper
  • Brass
  • Titanium
  • Special materials such as beryllium copper
  • Tool steels
  • Saw-cut blanks
  • Water jet-cut blanks
  • Laser-cut blanks

One-Off Production

Our company’s wide strategic direction enables us to manufacture small component batch sizes at a cost-effective and, consequently, inexpensive price, starting from just one single piece. We offer a wide variety of parts, which can be produced quickly, no matter whether you need components for a special machine or require spare parts urgently due to a machine breakdown. We will deliver drawing parts tailored to your needs from a single supplier.

Mass Production

In the case of larger lots and recurring needs, we create the basis for cost-effective manufacture of your components with effective manufacturing strategies. Sample parts can be manufactured in next to no time before mass production starts. Production does not start until the evaluation is complete. There is also the option of concluding master contracts with call-offs and receiving just-in-time deliveries.

FAQ CNC Milling

Expert, personal consultation, prompt quote preparation with feedback for optimization potential. A large variety of products with short lead times and fair prices. We also excel due to our reliability, a partnership-oriented approach, and commitment to on-time delivery. We won’t disappoint.

That depends on the type and magnitude of the components. You can normally expect it to be 10 – 15 working days after the order has been placed. If surface finishing is also required, the delivery time takes about 5 – 8 more working days.

As a general rule, they are, but it also depends on the type of component and the volume. If we have suitable raw material in stock, the chances are good that we’ll be able to deliver your components quickly. In such cases, the delivery time can also be a matter of a few days.

When preparing your quote, we check how feasible it is to produce your components and give feedback on what adjustments will make them easier to manufacture. Such measures generally also mean lower manufacturing costs. The cost savings can be substantial, especially for recurring series components.

That depends on the manufacturing method. In the case of turning and milling, we are able to achieve tolerances of 0.01 mm. On request, you can receive measurement reports for your components in compliance with various standards.

Quality checks are performed regularly during production. Once completed, the parts undergo inspection and measurement during quality control. Depending on the requirements, calipers or micrometers are used while our measurement machines check components with form and position tolerances or tight fits.

We serve customers in the fields of mechanical engineering, plant engineering, automation technology, medical technology, special vehicle construction, automation technology, aerospace technology and many more. In a nutshell, we work for virtually all industries, and, over the years, we have managed to acquire in-depth expertise and use it across different sectors.

We deliver to our local customers using our own vehicle or a courier. Other deliveries, both national and international, are made using a parcel service (UPS), a freight forwarder, or air freight.
