Assembly Manufacture in Detail

The individual parts that we produce can be combined into ready-to-install assemblies. We will also handle the procurement of any required purchased parts. The process steps are tailored precisely to your products. We will develop and manufacture any necessary work jigs, such as welding jigs, in-house.

Racks and complete systems based on aluminum structural profiles can be created for automation. We create ready-to-install solutions for a wide variety of sectors based on our extensive manufacturing capabilities, technical expertise, and many years' experience.

 Inquiry: Send your inquiry data by email or data upload. An i-provide employee will generally confirm your inquiry has been received within a working day and will address any questions you may have.

 Offer: You may usually expect a binding offer within 2 working days, depending on the number of inquiries we receive. We are happy to discuss the technical and commercial details once you have the offer.

 Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. All relevant data and the binding delivery date will be included. The delivery period depends on the type of components and their number. It is usually between 5 and 40 working days.

 Production: Your components will undergo regular checks during manufacture. Any surface finishes required will be applied.

 Quality Assurance:  The components will undergo a final inspection once manufactured. This will be performed using hand measuring tools or on one of our measuring machines, depending on the quality requirements.

 Initial Sample Test Reports (optional): We can produce initial sample reports for you in line with different standards. Note that you need to specifically order them and they come at an extra charge.

 Delivery: We will deliver your finished products to the agreed quality standard at the agreed time to the agreed location, anywhere in the world.

We will provide mechanical assemblies starting from a single unit. These often include robotic grippers, fixtures, or frames based on aluminum structural profiles, which, along with other manufacturing and purchased parts, are assembled into complete systems. You simply send us the manufacturing data, and we will take care of the entire production process, including procurement of all necessary purchased parts, such as gears, motors, and pneumatic systems. Once final assembly is complete, the items undergo a final inspection. The goods are then shipped if everything meets the agreed requirements. In the case of larger machine or system components, delivery is made either by direct transport with our own vehicle or using a forwarding company.

You can also obtain large production runs of assemblies and mounting parts from us. These are often product carriers, welded parts, or other mechanical structures, whose components are frequently machined or laser-cut parts. We will handle component manufacture, further processing, and complete assembly, including the procurement of purchased parts such as screws and gaskets. We will also provide you with detailed feedback on manufacturing feasibility and optimization potential for the production parts. While this might not be an important aspect for custom-made items, it is a significant factor for series production. This helps reduce production costs and ensures process-reliable manufacture.
