Our heavy-duty window regulator truly impresses due to its high closing speed. A side window which has been opened to 200 mm is completely closed within 2.5 seconds, no matter how much it weighs. This means that even a heavy B7 window weighing 60 kg is closed within this very brief interval.

The video shows a 35 kg B6 window on both doors. We use the heavy-duty window regulator FH35-200-ES12-S39-59. The competition uses a single drive. The difference in closing speed between the two models is striking. Our window lifter closes the window in just 2 seconds, while the competitor's takes 7 seconds. Our heavy-duty window regulator is extremely fast. A side window which has been opened to 200 mm is completely closed within 2.5 seconds. It doesn’t matter whether it is a B6 side window weighing 35 kg or a B7 side window weighing 60 kg, the window closing time is the same. We also offer exceptional customer service and short delivery times.

 

As a rule, the manufacturing time is less than 5 days. This does not include the shipping time. If time is critical, production can be completed within 24 hours and shipped via express freight.

Deliveries, both national and international, are made using a parcel service (UPS, DHL), a freight forwarder, or air freight. If time is critical, we will obviously also offer express freight. We handle the entire process, including preparing customs export documents. Shipping costs are passed on without a surcharge. 

There are different types of heavy-duty window regulators which are calibrated to the side window’s weight. Perfect functionality is assured only for this particular window weight. You can select the heavy-duty window regulator appropriate for the side window's weight in the Online Configurator. 

There are different options for fastening the side window to the heavy-duty window regulator. You only need to know how thick the side window is if the S Window Adapter is selected in the Online Configurator. With this mounting method, the side window can be affixed directly to the S Window Adapter, which is available in various width sizes. This is the simplest type of attachment for the customer.

Our heavy-duty window regulator is universally compatible for use and can be fitted to virtually any vehicle, whatever the model.

First, select the right window regulator type, which offers a maximum lowering of 200 mm. You can configure the exact opening and closing of the window. By adjusting the movable limit switches, you can easily set both the opening width (e.g., 150 mm) and the closing position of the window to your exact preferences. You can do all of this conveniently while the unit is already installed, saving you the time and hassle of further adjustments.

Our heavy-duty window regulators are matched to a selectable weight range and work perfectly within this range only. You must select the weight range appropriate for your window. A window which is too heavy is just as unsuitable as one which is too light.
